We produce rotomoulding forms based on 3D designs created by us or provided by the customer. As a manufacturer of rotomoulding moulds, we offer guidance on material selection and application options. Depending on your needs, we can provide steel or aluminum moulds (for products requiring greater precision). However, the most important issue in all types of moulding is the quality of the mould. There is no substitute for a perfect mould, which is why at ILLION we place great emphasis on the accuracy of detail rendering, tightness, and quality control of each component, especially with multi-part moulds that ensure easy removal of the finished product.
